SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO 11/9/07 DUE TO THE FIRES Scholarships are available to CUPA and PA staff only. - The 7-Eleven Scholarship fund applies to jurisdictions that contained one or more 7-Eleven gas stations as of October, 2004. A list of these sites and its reimbursement policies is available on the CUPA Forum Website (www.calcupa.net) under "7-Eleven Settlement Scholarships". The scholarships include payment of registration fees, travel, hotel and per diem.
